ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY Effective as of: July 17, 2023 1. Exchanges are allowed; refunds are not. Items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, email us at Gradengoldin@gmail.com with the item’s order number and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and may not always be accepted. Once received, allow up to 30 business days for your exchange to be processed. 2. Return Shipping If an item was shipped in error, or if it is defective or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 3. Ineligible Items The following items are not eligible for exchange: Clearance items, Perishable items, Special-order items, Custom products, Mystery packs and boxes, Gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. 4. Condition of Items. Except for damaged items, all exchanged products must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with original packaging intact and tags attached. 5. Refunds Refunds, if issued, will be processed in the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise noted. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. 6. Order Shipping Tracking information will be provided within 15 business days of purchase.
